Chili Booth Info

It's almost football season and football season means chili booth time!

For those of you who have been around for awhile, we're doing things a little differently this year.  Your marcher should have come home tonight with a paper requesting specific ingredients for chili.  It was explained to them that if your family is unable or unwilling to donate the items, it's totally okay- we just need for you to e-mail (bryce.miller@kenton.kyschools.us) so that we can reassign items.

That being said, some of you will want to donate more than what is on your paper and that's great too!  At the bottom of this post is the full list of ingredients that we need to make chili along with some other items that could be used for the booth.  As far as ingredients go, ground beef is usually where we are lacking the most.  We will also be looking for someone to provide a canopy (something similar to this:  https://tinyurl.com/yc7k6gpl ).

We're asking for these items to be brought to the band room by Thursday, August 16th.

I know that this is different than what we've done in the past.  The hope is to streamline the process and get everyone involved!

We are currently waiting for an answer on when we can cook the chili and that information will be posted as soon as we have it.  Please be patient- the construction at Scott is making everything very difficult.  Within the next couple of days, a Google Form will be posted so that you can sign up to work the chili booth at football games.  Following that, a parent will contact you with details.

Please send me an email if you have any questions!
